How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days across Switzerland.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders over CHF 50. For your first order, shipping is free when you subscribe to our newsletter.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Switzerland. We don't offer international shipping yet.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving your order, on unopened products. Items must be in their original packaging. Read our full return policy here.
Can I order in bulk or for my business?
Yes. We work with venues, offices, restaurants, and events across Switzerland. Get in touch at hello@drink-flip.com and we'll find the right setup for you.
For offices looking for regular deliveries, our subscription options are the easiest route. They come with an additional 10% off on top of everything else.
Is Flip suitable for children, diabetics, and athletes?
Flip contains no sugar, no sweeteners, no caffeine, and no artificial ingredients, which makes it a good fit for all three.
For children, it's a clean alternative to sugary drinks. Carbonation may be a lot for very young children, so use your judgment.
For diabetics, Flip has zero sugar and zero carbohydrates. As always, check with your doctor for personalised advice.
For athletes, there's nothing to hold you back. No sugar spikes, no empty calories. Many of our customers drink it before, during, and after training.
Is Flip suitable during pregnancy?
Flip is free from sugar, sweeteners, caffeine, and alcohol. Flip keeps you and your baby hydrated.
How do I pause, modify, or cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account and go to your Profile, then Subscriptions. From there you can pause, change your delivery frequency, swap flavours, or update your details.
One thing to note: subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 3 deliveries before you can cancel. After that, you're free to stop at any time. If you're stuck or need help, write us at hello@drink-flip.com and we'll sort it out.
Can I skip a shipment?
Yes. Log in to your account, go to your Profile, scroll down to Subscriptions, and skip any upcoming delivery from there. No need to cancel, just skip.
What does Flip taste like?
Light, clean, and refreshing. The flavours are subtle rather than loud. You get a genuine hint of fruit without any artificial edge. Think sparkling water that actually tastes like something, not a diluted soft drink.

Can I drink several cans per day?
Yes. There's nothing in Flip that limits how many you can drink. No sugar, no sweeteners, no caffeine. The whole point is that you can reach your 2 litres a day without thinking twice about it.
Why cans instead of plastic bottles?
Aluminium cans are infinitely recyclable without any loss of quality, unlike plastic, which degrades with each recycling cycle and leaches microplastics into the product over time. Cans are also lighter to ship and more efficient to store. For a drink built around clean ingredients, putting it in plastic was never an option.
Who ships the Flips?
Your order is picked, packed, and shipped by the CIS (Centre d'Intégration Socioprofessionnelle), a Swiss non-profit social enterprise active since 1962. The CIS creates adapted jobs for people with disabilities and manages e-commerce logistics for partner companies. It's a partnership we're proud of.
Where is Flip made?
Flip is produced in Renens, in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. The water is Swiss, the cans are filled here, and the whole operation stays local.
Where can I buy Flip offline?
Flip is now available in more than 120 restaurants and venues across Switzerland, including places like Rice Up!, Yooji's, The Bridge in Zurich, and Kiss the Ground shops across Romandie.
